This Policy has been prepared in accordance with:
Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", as amended;
the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and the UK GDPR, for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom;
applicable US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").
Please note: we are based in Russia, and your personal data is processed and stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. See Section 10 for details.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
Information you provide when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us:
first and last name;
phone number;
email address;
shipping address (country, city, street address, apartment, region, postal code);
order details (items, price, order date);
gift note message and order comments, if you add them;
how you heard about us, if you tell us.
Information collected automatically when you visit the site:
IP address;
browser type and operating system;
pages you visit and time spent on them;
the website or source that referred you to us;
cookies (see Section 7).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data only to:
process, fulfil and deliver your order;
contact you about your order, including confirmation and shipping updates;
respond to your questions and provide customer support;
send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed;
understand how our website is used and improve it (via Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics);
prevent fraud and keep our website secure;
comply with our legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for targeted advertising.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing your order, delivering it and communicating with you about it;
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): sending our newsletter and using analytics cookies where consent is required. You can withdraw your consent at any time;
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): keeping records required by tax and accounting laws;
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): keeping our website secure, preventing fraud and improving our service.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only where necessary to fulfil your order or run our website:
Delivery services (CDEK, Russian Post / EMS): your name, phone number and shipping address, solely to deliver your order. International shipments are also subject to customs procedures, so the customs authorities of the destination country may receive your name, address and details of the shipment;
**Robokassa** (payment service provider): to process your payment. Your card details are entered directly on Robokassa's secure payment page and are processed by Robokassa and its partner banks. We do not receive, collect or store your card details. We share only the information needed to complete the payment, such as your order number, order amount and email address;
Vigbo LLC: the platform that hosts our website, with servers located in a data centre in the Russian Federation;
Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica): website usage statistics, processed on servers in Russia;
Google LLC (Google Analytics): website usage statistics (see Section 10);
Public authorities, where we are required to do so by law.
All recipients are required to keep your data confidential and protect it in accordance with applicable law.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
Order data: 5 years from completion of the order, as required by tax and accounting laws;
Shipping details: until delivery of your order is confirmed;
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe;
Technical data (logs, cookies): no longer than 26 months.
When the retention period ends, your data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use the following types:
Essential cookies: required for the website to work, including recognising your device and keeping items in your cart. The site cannot function without them;
Analytics cookies — Yandex Metrica: collect statistics on visitor numbers, pages viewed and traffic sources. Data is stored on Yandex servers in Russia;
Analytics cookies — Google Analytics: collect similar usage statistics. Data is processed by Google LLC, including in the United States.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not collect data for targeted advertising.

8. Your Rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten");
restrict or object to our processing of your data, including for direct marketing;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting orders already completed;
lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
know what personal information we collect, use and disclose;
request deletion or correction of your personal information;
opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share it);
not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Residents of other US states may have similar rights under their state laws.

We will respond within one month (for EEA and UK users; this may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will let you know) or within 45 days (for California residents).
9. How We Protect Your Data
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
the website uses HTTPS, so all data is transmitted in encrypted form;
access to personal data is limited to authorised persons;
card details are never stored on our website — they are entered on the secure payment page of Robokassa and processed directly by Robokassa;
our hosting platform provides physical and technical protection at the data centre level.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.
10. International Data Transfers
We are based in the Russian Federation. Personal data you provide to us is collected directly by us and processed and stored on servers in Russia. Please be aware that the European Commission and the UK have not recognised Russia as providing an adequate level of data protection. We process your data in Russia because it is necessary to perform our contract with you — to process and deliver your order.
Google Analytics processes data on servers that may be located in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Yandex Metrica processes data on servers in the Russian Federation.
When we ship your order outside Russia, your name, phone number and shipping address are shared with the delivery service and the customs authorities of the destination country, solely to deliver your order (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR — transfer necessary for the performance of a contract).
11. Children's Privacy
Our website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, including children under 13 as defined by the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at love@buylerika.com and we will delete it promptly.
12. How We Obtain Your Consent
At checkout, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy by ticking a required checkbox linked to this document. Your order cannot be placed without it;
When subscribing to our newsletter, you give your consent by ticking a checkbox. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link;
A link to this Privacy Policy is available in the footer of every page.
13. Data Breaches
If we become aware of unauthorised access to personal data, we will notify the competent supervisory authorities within the time limits required by applicable law, including the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) within 24 hours of discovery, with a full report within 72 hours. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you without undue delay.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on buylerika.shop, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the website or notify you by email. Changes will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your consent.
