RETURNS & EXCHANGES. WARRANTY
You may return an item of proper quality purchased on buylerika.shop within 14 days of receiving it from the courier, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: Wear of gold plating and rhodium plating is NOT A DEFECT (it is natural wear and tear) and is NOT RESTORED under warranty. Plating can be renewed at any jewelry repair service for a separate fee.
1. Porcelain jewelry requires careful handling: porcelain is hard but fragile. Impact, pressure or dropping may cause chips or break the piece completely. The warranty does not cover items that have been subjected to mechanical damage resulting in a change of shape, chips, cracks, breakage and similar damage.
2. Claims regarding quantity, assortment, completeness or packaging of your order are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the parcel and the item.
3. You may also make a claim for defects discovered within the warranty period or, if no warranty period is specified, within 3 months of receiving the item.
4. If a defect is found, you may choose to request:
a. free repair of the defect, or reimbursement of the cost of repair by you or a third party;
b. a proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
c. replacement with the same item or a similar item, with the price adjusted accordingly;
d. cancellation of the purchase and a full refund.
5. Repairs are completed within 45 calendar days of the defective item being returned to us.
6. Replacements are made within one month of receiving your request, submitted as described below.
7. Refunds for defective items are made within 10 banking days of receiving your request, submitted as described below.
8. If you return an item of proper quality, we refund the price paid for the item.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Refunds are made to the card used for payment, unless otherwise agreed.
How to request a return: email love@buylerika.com with the subject line "Return — Order #...". Please state the reason for the return and attach photos.
Refund timing: refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-returnable items: handmade jewelry made to your individual order or specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case of disputes about defects, both the buyer and the seller may request an independent assessment.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
